Hey yalllll, I’m Paige 🤍

I am a certified personal trainer and online coach from Ontario, Canada. If you know anything about me, you know my passion for overall health, both physically, mentally, and spiritually.

My love for fitness started at a young age. Growing up I played every sport under the sun (yes I was that kid). From soccer, to swimming, to dance, track and field, basketball, and more. You name it, I played it.

My passion for sports continued into my early adult years, where I played varsity basketball while attending post-secondary. This is when I got my first taste of strength training, and the power of lifting weights. After an injury, I fell out of love with physical activity and I started living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I no longer knew how to balance health without performance goals.

In January of 2018 I decided I was going to take back my power, and work towards living a happier healthier, more balanced lifestyle. I started weight training consistently and transitioned to a plant-based diet. My weight-loss journey consisted of dropping a total of 50 lbs, and falling back in love with moving my body 💪🏻🎧👟

After graduating from my undergrad (BHK) and masters (MHK), I decided to turn my passion for health and wellness into a career. And now I help coach people like you to turn goals into their reality.

My journey was not easy, but it was worth it!! My goal as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach is to help women around the world live happier, healthier lifestyles and generate LONG-TERM results! So whats it going to be? One day? Or. Day one? ⚡️✨

ASSISANT COACH: Morgan Ireland

Hey friends, I’m Morgan 🤍

I am a certified online fitness coach and Registered Nurse! With five years of nursing experience, I've developed a deep love for health and wellness. I have also been inspired to change my own life and treat my body as the home it is.

I have had an interest for health, wellbeing and the human body for as long as I can remember. This is ultimately what led me into the nursing profession. Through my career, I learned the consequences of stagnation, malnutrition, and poor lifestyle choices. I witnessed people go too soon, or others who woke up one day and were no longer able to move their bodies. This perspective, coupled with the need to cope with what I was witnessing, led me to movement. Around this time the pandemic hit, so I took my passion to my garage. We built a home gym, and through countless hours in my freezing cold garage, I soon fell in love with working out. I realized that not only was it helping me physically strong, but also mentally.

Although I was initially using movement as an outlet, I later found myself frustrated with not seeing the results I wanted. Seeking additional support, I reached out to my childhood best friend and Push Collective coach, Paige. She introduced me to my missing puzzle piece: nutrition. Following the exact programming we're now offering through Push Collective, I quickly discovered that balance is achievable, and that you can pursue both a fulfilling life and your goals, simultaneously. Through embracing this duality, I've found my favourite version of myself. And as your coach, my mission is to guide you on a similar journey.

Since starting my journey, I have lost a total of 30lbs. More importantly, I've gained self-love, longevity, happiness, and confidence—qualities that I'm now eager to share with you as your coach. I am so grateful my journey led me to you.

During our time together, I'll remind you that movement is a privilege, but your overall health is a conscious choice. When you're ready to make the commitment, I'll be here for you. You GET to do this. Together let’s master the art of balancing both🤎💪🏼
